Accessibility

The standard this site targets, what we have built in, and how to tell us when we have fallen short.

Our commitment

Premier Bioservices works with patients who often live with mobility limitations, vision changes, and other conditions that affect how they use the web. Accessibility is not an afterthought for us; it is part of the same argument we make about meeting people where they are.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have built in

  • Semantic headings and landmark regions so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
  • A visible skip link to bypass the header and reach the main content directly.
  • Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA, with our brass accent restricted to large text, rules, and decorative elements rather than small body copy on light backgrounds.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element.
  • Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menus and the accordion sections.
  • Respect for the operating system's reduced motion preference, which disables scroll animation and smooth scrolling.
  • Form fields with programmatically associated labels, inline error messages announced to assistive technology, and errors that never rely on colour alone.
  • Text that reflows and remains readable when zoomed or viewed on small screens.
  • Decorative imagery, including the crest watermarks, hidden from assistive technology.

Known limitations

This site is new and we are continuing to test it. Any third-party content we may embed in the future is not fully within our control, and we will flag that here if it becomes relevant.

If something is not working for you

Please tell us. We treat accessibility reports as defects rather than requests, and we would rather hear about a barrier than have someone quietly give up on reaching us.

If this website is a barrier for you, you can always reach us by phone during business hours, and we will help you directly.

Report an accessibility barrier

Call (601) 454-4479 or send us a message. Please describe what you were trying to do and what got in the way, and include the page address if you have it.
