Careers

Clinical research work that respects the clinician doing it.

We are building a remote clinical monitoring team — licensed nurses, coordinators, and regulatory professionals who understand that careful work at the participant level is what makes a study defensible. If that is how you practice, we would like to hear from you.

  • Clinical Nurse Monitor
  • Clinical Research Coordinator
  • Regulatory & Quality Specialist

Why work here

A small organization doing serious work.

Premier Bioservices manages studies across a network of sites rather than at a single facility, and staffs the remote follow-up that keeps those studies on schedule. That means the work is genuinely varied — different indications, different sites, different protocols — and that individual judgment matters more than it does in a large, heavily layered organization.

It also means remote and hybrid work is structural rather than a concession. Our clinical nurse monitors conduct telehealth visits, review remotely captured data, and manage participant follow-up from wherever they are licensed to practise.

Role families

The work we staff.

Openings follow the studies we take on, so we describe roles by family rather than by numbered requisition.

Clinical Nurse Monitor

Licensed nurses conducting remote and in-home participant follow-up under investigator oversight, across pre-approval studies and long-horizon post-market programs.

What the role involves

  • Conduct protocol-driven telehealth follow-up visits and symptom review
  • Perform in-home participant visits where the protocol provides for them
  • Review remotely captured data, including ePRO entries and wound imaging
  • Collect and escalate adverse events on the defined safety pathway
  • Run adherence and retention contact across the follow-up window
  • Document source records accurately and contemporaneously

What we look for

  • Active RN licensure; multi-state licensure or NLC compact is a strong advantage
  • Clinical experience in wound care, endocrinology, or primary care valued
  • Prior clinical research experience welcome but not required
  • Good Clinical Practice certification, or willingness to obtain it
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic source systems
  • The temperament to chase a missing data point until it is resolved

Clinical Research Coordinator

On-site and embedded coordinators running study visits, source documentation, and day-to-day protocol execution at network sites.

What the role involves

  • Run study visits per protocol, including assessments and specimen handling
  • Maintain source documentation and complete electronic case report forms
  • Support participant recruitment, pre-screening, and informed consent
  • Track visit windows and prevent avoidable protocol deviations
  • Serve as the working link between the site, our central team, and the sponsor

What we look for

  • Clinical or research coordination experience, or strong clinical background
  • CCRC, CCRP, or equivalent certification valued
  • Meticulous documentation habits
  • Ability to work credibly inside someone else's clinical practice

Regulatory & Quality Specialist

Regulatory professionals managing IRB submissions, essential documents, delegation records, and inspection readiness across the network.

What the role involves

  • Prepare and manage IRB submissions, amendments, and continuing review
  • Maintain the electronic investigator site file and essential document currency
  • Keep delegation logs, credentials, and training records complete and current
  • Support centralized monitoring, deviation handling, and CAPA documentation
  • Prepare sites for sponsor monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory inspection

What we look for

  • Regulatory experience in clinical research, ideally multi-site
  • Working knowledge of ICH E6 and 21 CFR Parts 11, 50, 54, 56, and 312
  • Comfort with eReg and eISF platforms
  • An instinct for the gap between what a file says and what actually happened

How to apply

There is no portal. Just tell us about yourself.

We do not maintain a list of numbered openings, because our staffing follows the studies we take on. Send us your background, your licensure and the states it covers, and the kind of work you want to be doing. When something matches, we will come back to you.

Careers

Licensed in several states? We would especially like to hear from you.

Multi-state RN licensure or Nurse Licensure Compact privileges materially expand the studies we can staff. Tell us where you are licensed and what you want to work on.
